Our bedding is sewn especially for you, according to the selected sizes and details. Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
Bedding made to individual customer specifications is not subject to a 14-day return policy.
Other products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Washing or using the product may reduce the refund amount according to regulations.
Quality Guarantee and Complaints
In case of material or sewing defects, we provide repair or replacement, and in cases provided by law – a refund. The right to complaint also applies to personalized products.
